This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of products and services from The Jason Logic Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including API access, subscription plans, and enterprise agreements.
The Decision Security Layer API is available on a free tier with a limit of 100 decisions per month. No payment is required for the free tier. No refund is applicable.
Because API access is granted immediately upon purchase via a digital license key, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and used to make an API call.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your Gumroad receipt or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of the paid period, but no further charges will be made.
Enterprise agreements are governed by the specific terms of the signed contract. Refund terms, if any, are defined in that agreement.
If the API is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our failure, affected customers may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period. This excludes scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
To request a refund, email thejasonlogicgroupllc@gmail.com with your account identifier or API key reference, the transaction date, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Because Gumroad is our Merchant of Record, all billing disputes and chargebacks must be handled through Gumroad's support system. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting Gumroad or our support, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your API license key and account pending resolution.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
