These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Decision Security Layer API ("API"), documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by The Jason Logic Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

The Service is currently offered free of charge (the "Free Tier") with a limit of 100 decisions per month. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free Tier at any time without notice.
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys. You agree not to share your API keys with any third party. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your API keys.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or completely secure. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time without notice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THE COMPANY, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
